Product Package

 + I noticed that the packaging of my newly purchased products differs from that of previously purchased items. Is this normal ?
  • We periodically upgrade the packaging and items of different Dr.WU product series！
  • If in doubt, please mail a snapshot of your product to service@drwu.com for confirmation by customer service.
 + Product won't come out the bottle
  • At DR.WU, we use an Airless Pump System. With this revolutionary packaging there is no dip tube (straw), but rather a disk that rises to evacuate the product. This makes our packaging produce less waste. The airless pump delivery will ensure 99.9% of the product is pumped out as the disk moves up the bottle. No more opening up the bottle and scraping it out!
  • When product won't come out the bottle, DO NOT open the bottle. Simply by putting the top back on and tap the bottom of the bottle on the back of your palm a few times (5-10), then try pumping a few times slowly. Repeat the tap and pump process for several times.
