Stakeholder Engagement
In 2024, DR.WU conducted a stakeholder sustainability issues questionnaire survey to gain an in-depth understanding of the level of concern among different stakeholder groups regarding economic, environmental, and social issues, serving as an important basis for formulating sustainability strategies and operational decisions.
The stakeholders covered by this survey included shareholders/investors, suppliers, customers/consumers, employees, government and competent authorities, non-profit organizations, and neighboring communities. The survey scope was comprehensive and representative. The questionnaire was designed to focus on the core expectations of each stakeholder group, covering various sustainability topics such as corporate governance, climate change response, green supply chain management, product responsibility, labor rights, and community engagement. A total of 143 questionnaires were collected, with a response rate of nearly 80%. Among them, employees and customers/consumers demonstrated the highest participation rates, both exceeding 90%, reflecting their strong concern for the Company’s sustainability development issues.
The survey results indicated that, in the economic dimension, the most concerned issues were new product technology development and promotion, brand image, and customer service and satisfaction. In the environmental dimension, eco-friendly practices and sustainable material selection were identified as key focus areas. In the social dimension, labor rights were the core issue of greatest concern to stakeholders. DR.WU will continue to enhance its sustainability management mechanisms based on the survey results and strengthen communication with stakeholders to pragmatically respond to their expectations and needs.
Under the principle that there are no significant changes in the Company’s business model and industry value chain, stakeholder materiality assessments are conducted biennially. The most recent survey year was 2024, and its results apply to sustainability issue management for the period 2024–2025.
