Please read the shopping guidelines carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Currently, overseas shopping is not available in the following regions: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Myanmar, America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Spain. Please double-check before placing an order.

⚠️ For overseas orders, all customer service inquiries will be handled via email only. Please ensure that you provide a correct and valid email address. If we are unable to contact you regarding order issues for more than 15 days, your order will be automatically canceled without further notice.

 
Overseas Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
①Asia: A shipping fee of NT$500 per order.
②Europe & America: A shipping fee of NT$1,000 per order.
③Africa: A shipping fee of NT$1,000 per order.
⚠️ Free shipping is not available during the overseas trial operation period. Thank you for your understanding!
⚠️ Orders are shipped via SF Express, DHL, or other international logistics providers.
⚠️ Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. No shipping services on holidays.
⚠️ We do not provide specific shipping or delivery date requests.
⚠️ No customer service or shipping on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
⚠️ In case of warehouse stocktaking, large promotional events, natural disasters, or other special circumstances, shipping may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 
Order Guidelines
①Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to make changes, please cancel the order while the status is still "Not Shipped" and place a new order. If the order status is "Processing for Shipment," it cannot be canceled. Please enter your shipping address in English and double-check before submitting your order.
②If your order cannot be accepted, we will notify you within five business days. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be automatically canceled without further notice.
③If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the shipment will be sent only when all items are available.
 
Payment Methods
①Credit Card Payment Only: Visa / MasterCard / JCB (3D Secure authentication required). UnionPay and American Express are not accepted.
②The final checkout price is calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Overseas credit card transactions may be subject to exchange rates, transaction fees, and refund fees, all of which are determined by your issuing bank.

⚠️ If the transaction fails, the order will not be charged. For any payment issues, please contact DR.WU Customer Service.

 
Discount Voucher Usage
①Only one discount voucher can be applied per order.
②If an order is canceled, the voucher cannot be reinstated. Please confirm before placing an order.
③The discount amount is allocated proportionally among eligible items in the shopping cart.
④The final discount or offer will be based on the checkout page display.
 
Return & Exchange Policy
①Due to extended international shipping times and complex cross-border refund processes, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or warranty services for overseas orders. Please carefully review your order details and product selections before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding.
②All overseas orders undergo double quality inspections before shipment. We strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon receipt. If you find any issues, please contact us within three days of receiving your order for assistance.
 
Important Notices
①Customs duties and other import fees may apply based on your country's regulations and must be paid by the recipient. Certain items may be subject to delivery restrictions or customs clearance issues. Please check before purchasing.
②Overseas orders are eligible for promotional discounts and membership rewards, but free shipping offers are only applicable to Taiwan.
③If your order is randomly selected for customs inspection, additional taxes may apply. These fees must be paid by the customer.
④Fuel surcharges are calculated based on the shipping fee and the applicable fuel surcharge percentage for the given month. Fuel surcharges apply to shipments from Taiwan to Mainland China.
⑤In compliance with Taiwan's Business Tax Law, invoices will not be issued for overseas transactions. (According to Taiwan tax regulations, direct export of goods or services to foreign buyers is exempt from issuing invoices.)
