Dr. Wu Ying-Jun graduated from National Taiwan University [NTU] in 1972. Upholding his passion & perseverance for research, in 1981, he accepted the post & mission of "exchange professor" to the state-run "Institut National des Sciences Esthetiques et Recherches Medicales–(INSERM)" in France. In 1994 , he proceeded to study "Laser & Photonic Medicine" with the medical college at Harvard University . During his days in France , he was

baptized with the ideology of fusion between medicine & cosmetology; later on, he himself introduced breakthrough professional knowledge back to Taiwan. He single-handedly created the synthesizing of dermatology & cosmetic-bioscience, making him "the forerunner" of the industry. It is not surprising, that Dr. Wu is also known as–"Founding Father Of Medical Cosmetology".

From 1991-1993, Dr. Wu served as President of "The Chinese Dermatological Society, Taipei". During 1998-2004, Dr. Wu served as Chairman of the "Skin Education Research and Development Foundation". Dr. Wu also served as Managing President of "Laser and Photonic Medicine Society of the R.O.C." in 2001-2004. In the past, at every single post, Dr. Wu unceasingly pushed forward & promoted diversified developments for cosmetology & dermatology. Currently, Dr. Wu is a clinical professor with the NTUH and has been so posted since 1993–he has impregnated & nurtured countless talents in the field, as well as having edited & compiled more than 100 research papers, dissertations & thesis, Dr. Wu is also very active on the guest speaker speech circle. Possessing solid "sense-of-calling" for his god-given duties of prolonging education & knowledge heritage, yet, he is still humble enough only wishing to make his minute contributions to society.

Dr. Wu founded his own private dermatology clinic back in 1978, since it opened its doors to the public, non-stop introduction of innovative products & treatments has been ongoing, leading the industry into a new realm. In 1992, he created the "3-in-1" crease-resistant induction lotion; stressing on the effects of getting rid of wrinkles and fine lines, it was paired with an intophoresis  mask–the method was regarded as"the" new-age marvel for skin care. In 1996, he introduced the first generation of hyper-efficient whitening lotion with main component being concentrated Kojic Acid. In order to effectively elevate the quality & proficiency of medical cosmetology, Dr. Wu formally established the "Wclinic" in June of 2003–it is now a polyclinic, with respective Dermatology Branch, Plastic Surgery Branch & Medical Cosmetology Branch. In 2003, he marketed the second generation of advanced whithening serum with main component being concentratedα-Arbutin. In May of 2004, Dr. Wu officially launched his medical treatment series product line.
